Compassionate Path to Heal © is a technology to help you heal yourself. The space is held and guided by a clinical practitioner and yoga teacher who has many years of experience in helping others to heal. Through specific practices that are empirically proven to heal trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression you encounter and experience feelings of calm and joy and more.
Our Program involves asanas(physical movement, postures),pranayama (breathing), mediation, mantras and deep relaxation.
Our healing methods affect the neuroplasticity of the brain; connects your body, mind, heart and soul; neutralizing and harmonizing the nervous system. The parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system is balanced. Old behavior patterns are being rewired. Hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and others responsible for feeling calm and love are increased during our sessions.
How to change habits and behaviors that block you from experiencing calmness, happiness and authentic you?
It takes 40 days for a brain to rewire. The brain needs to experience feelings of calmness and joy in order to program the positive or neutral behavior. The more the brain is exposed to those experiences it transforms and your subconscious heals.
The group energy adds to the transformation and the healing process is deeper and more profound. Our groups are safe, gentle and confidential.
