This 5 WEEKS Trauma and Anxiety Series  includes empirically proven mediation to heal past traumas and anxiety disorders. This powerful 5-week course will guide you through a different Kundalini Yoga set each week, moving up the spine to deeply enhance your understanding of the chakra energy centers and their relationship to your overall well-being. Through this healing and uplifting journey, you will practice beautiful mantras, chanting, and breathing exercises and fuse those sounds with spinal flexes, yoga poses, and other movements to become more aware and open up the flow of energy physically and mentally. This heightened awareness is the catalyst for change and growth and will enable you to direct your energy to the areas that call for emotional healing, stress reduction, and balance.

Our at home virtual integrated kundalini yoga healing experience was created to support you no matter where you are. Our yoga healings combine ancient sacred healing sounds, kundalini yoga and medical meditation that tap into nervous system , heal suppressed emotions that are often connected to physical and mental illnesses.  Yoga Healings combine physical movement, mantras, ancient sounds, shamanic healing sounds, breathing and empirically proven medical mediation.

Compassionate Inquiry Psychotherapeutic approach

Compassionate Inquiry is a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach that gently uncovers and releases layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of physical and mental illness and addiction. I always had a deep passion to help myself and others

My name is Shakti Livdeep Kaur (Anna Robinson, LMHC).

I want to share what inspired me to create a Compassionate Path to Heal.

Engaging with many clients as a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I observed something was missing in my own healing process and clients who suffer from abuse, anxiety, addiction, depression and trauma.

I myself have been in therapy and implementing different therapy modalities.
